Operational Program Employment Plus
Based on an application for support from the Employment Plus Operational Program, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs decided to grant a subsidy for the implementation of the project Education for SAGASTA Employees, registration number CZ.03.01.03/00/23_047/0003097.
Project description:
The project focuses on increasing the level of knowledge of employees and ensuring that their qualifications and competencies are in line with the requirements of their work activities. Employees will receive training in management, communication, economic, legal, and accounting skills. Developing employees’ competencies will increase their expertise and subsequently expand their responsibilities and improve the company’s competitiveness in the market.
Project objectives:
The aim of the project is to increase the level of employee skills through professional training, thereby meeting the current needs of employers and the demands of the changing labor market.
Expected results:
A total of 72 participants will take part in the training, who will complete a minimum of 40 hours of training, of which 18 employees will be in the 55+ age group.
