Repair of Building – Project Documentation — Hluboká nad Vltavou

Project description:

The subject of the project is the construction design for the Repair of the Station Building at Hluboká nad Vltavou, with the primary objective of repairing the roof and the external envelope, as well as refurbishing the public toilets and associated utilities, both external (sewerage) and internal within the affected areas.

The complete construction repair of the entire station building includes the reconstruction of the external envelope (facade, windows, doors), remediation of the basement areas, roof repair, and the repair of the existing septic tanks, which will be replaced by a single collection tank.

The project ensures reliable operation, compliance with interoperability requirements, provision of barrier-free access, adequate facilities for railway-operator staff, improved energy efficiency, elimination of the building’s unsatisfactory condition, and full compliance with applicable legislation.
