Project description:

The project includes the design of the complex for the Motorway Management and Maintenance Centre, together with separate facilities for the Motorway Division of the Police of the Czech Republic and the Integrated Rescue System, which comprises both fire and emergency medical services. The design also includes associated roads connecting the site to the future D3 motorway and to the transport and utility infrastructure of the town of Kaplice.
The project comprises 147 structural and engineering objects. Significant elements include administrative and operational buildings, constructed as both traditional masonry structures and steel-frame halls. Noteworthy features include the brine-management facilities with a salt storage building and systems for preparing brine solutions in specialised tanks. Another distinctive element is the training tower with a climbing wall for firefighters, including a sprint track for training purposes.
